Responsibilities

• Gain an understanding of unaddressed user needs and feature requirements
• Design intuitive, delightful, and pixel-perfect UI components and complex interfaces
• Contribute to the Tensor design system
• Establish visual guidelines and standards
• Collaborate with product and frontend teams
• Create user interaction flows
• Ensure quality and timely delivery
• Participate in design reviews
• Iterate and refine existing designs
• Mentor and guide junior UX designers

Skills and Qualifications

• Must: 5+ years of production experience in UI/UX Design, preferably in an enterprise setting
• Must: Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
• Must: Demonstrated track record of creating digital assets and possessing strong visual communication skills
• Must: Master proficiency in Figma
• Must: Sound understanding of typography, color theories, and robust design principles
• Must: Capability to swiftly create wireframes and prototypes for iterative discussions with stakeholders
• Preferred: Basic understanding of the energy industry and willingness to learn
